Terms of Service
Once at least 50% payment has been completed, the sketching phase will begin. 2 free revisions will be given, and watermarked sketches will be sent for approval.Once approved, we move to lineart. At this point, no refund is to be given, and changes are only to be made if a mistake is made on my part.I will send occasional approvals (between each step) just to make sure,Each commission could take anywhere from a couple of days up to one month to complete, starting from the sketching phase.Each additional payment outside of revisions is exempt from robux commissions.I have the right to refuse/deny any commission.

Use
All commissioned artwork is for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.Revisions are only allowed during the sketching phase. Clients are allowed up to TWO free revisions, and any more will cost an additional $10Once the sketch is approved, any extreme revisions (pose changes, adding characters, adding new elements) will cost an additional $5 unless I made a mistake.I, as the artist, retain full copyright to the commissioned artwork, as well as the ability to display it in portfolios, social media, and other means unless otherwise agreed upon.If you have commissioned a copyrighted character, then you may ONLY use the commission for personal use and NEVER for commercial use.All commissioned pieces are NOT ALLOWED to be used for NFTs or fed into any AI art programs,
Refunds
No Refunds after the lineart phase has begunFull Refunds are only available before the sketch has been finishedPartial refunds are available up to the lineart stage. Once the sketch is complete, 50% of the total price will be refundedIf I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, a full refund will be given regardless of progress.The total turnaround time for commissions is 30 days. While it usually will not take me 30 days, this is in place to protect you. After 30 days of agreement if the commission has not been finished, then you are owed a full refund
Payment/Process
You can choose to pay 100% upfront OR 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch. I will not continue working until at least 50% has been paid, and if you cannot pay before all slots are full, then you may have to wait.All payments are USD only.Some (at least 1) form of reference is required.All prices start at the base price and may increase due to complexity. However, the price will not increase once the commission has begun.
Communication
All communication is to be conducted through email or social media DMs.Clients are expected to respond ASAP (preferably within 15 minutes) during the sketching phase to avoid delaysI'm human! It may take me some time to finish the commission, please be respectful of that when commissioning and communicating with me. Thank you!
Agreement
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms of service. Failure to comply with the TOS could result in the cancellation of commission with no refund.
